Form SR-HCLC-1 · Sri Lanka

Content licence and marketing consent

Every hotel or homestay that registers must agree that Solo Roost may use the stay name, photographs, and packages you supply — for listing and professional marketing — before we approve onboarding.

What you keep

You keep ownership of the house, the photos, and the brand. This is a licence to publish and promote — not a sale of your assets.

What we may use

Stay name, logos you supply, photos and video, room and package descriptions, and rates you give us — on soloroost.com and marketing channels you tick on the form.

What we will not do

We will not invent a price or a photo, sell your images as generic stock, or present the house as owned by Solo Roost.

When the account opens

Signed consent goes on file. After verification and admin approval, we email a private onboarding link. Until then, there is no open signup.

How to complete

  1. Read the full printable agreement (four A4 pages).
  2. Fill Schedule 1 (host and property) and Schedule 2 (materials).
  3. Tick the channel elections in Schedule 3 and sign.
  4. Scan the signed pack to sales@soloroost.com with your registration of interest.
