Register interest to list an independent hotel, boutique stay, or homestay on Solo Roost. You review and sign the content and marketing consent. After verification and admin approval, we email you a private onboarding link — there is no open signup.
Each hotel or homestay registration needs content and marketing consent on file. Solo Roost ops review the property; only after admin approval do we send the onboarding link by email so you can create the host account and publish.
How it works
From interest to a live stay page.
Same idea as our NZ path — adapted for Sri Lankan hotels and homestays — with consent and admin approval before the account opens.

Register your interest
Share contact details, property type (hotel, boutique, homestay, villa), town, and a short note so we can begin the process.

Required for every registration
Sign the hosting & content consent
Review and sign the agreement so Solo Roost may publish and market your stay name, images, and packages professionally — on the site and, where you allow, in print and social. Open the agreement page or print the full form.

Prepare your listing materials
Gather clear photos of rooms and common areas, or email sales@soloroost.com about professional photography. Do not invent a picture we did not receive.

Property verification
Our team verifies the property (visit or investigation as arranged) so guests only see genuine stays. This protects hosts and travellers from fraudulent listings.

Submit required information
Once verification is underway, we ask for what we need to approve you, including:
- Valid photo ID (owner or authorised manager)
- Bank account details for receiving payments
- Signed hosting / content consent
- Property and accommodation details (rooms, board, rates in LKR)
- Any other information required for verification

Admin approval & email onboarding link
When ops approve your registration, we email a private onboarding link. Use that link to create the host account and continue setup. Public /signup is not the door for new hotels.

Publish a named stay page — hotel, boutique, or homestay — under its own name on soloroost.com.

Describe what’s included
Wi‑Fi, meals, parking, laundry, house rules — say what a guest gets. Room only, B&B, or half board as you offer them.

Set your price & calendar
Choose nightly rates in LKR and open or close dates yourself. Space sitting idle stays yours.

Start receiving bookings
Once live, guests can discover and book. Payouts go to your nominated bank account in accordance with the hosting agreement and your plan.
Step 1
Register your interest.
Send your details to sales. We will send the consent pack, arrange verification, and — after admin approval — email your private onboarding link. Host login is only for accounts that already received that link.
