After you register interest, we arrange a visit to verify the property. That protects owners and guests from fraudulent listings — a stay is not published from a form alone.

Prepare your listing
Take a clear set of photos yourself, or contact us at sales@soloroost.com to arrange professional photography.

Required before approval
Property verification visit
After registration, a member of our team arranges a visit to verify the property. This helps ensure every listing is genuine and protects property owners and guests from fraudulent activity.

Submit required information
Once the property is verified, we request what we need to approve and publish your listing, including:
- Valid photo ID
- Bank account details for receiving payments
- Signed hosting agreement
- Property and accommodation details
- Any other information required for verification

List your property
Once approved, your room, apartment, house, villa, bach, or other accommodation is listed on Solo Roost under its own name.

Describe what’s included
Clearly specify what is included — Wi‑Fi, utilities, parking, furniture, laundry, and any house rules.

Set your price
Choose your own nightly, weekly, or monthly rate in NZD based on the property’s value and local demand.

Manage availability
Set your available dates and keep your calendar updated. Space sitting idle stays yours until you open it.

Start receiving bookings
Once your listing is live, guests can discover and book. You earn from space you already own. Payments are deposited into your nominated bank account in accordance with the hosting agreement.

Send your contact details, property type, and town. We will reply to begin onboarding, arrange the verification visit, and request the documents needed for approval. Host login is only for accounts that have already completed that path.
